Throughout the game, players dive into the corrupted Tomes of the Illuminated Library to battle against the mysterious forces known as the Torn. As you carve through the monochromatic foes, you'll use your signature ink to infuse spells with vibrant effects that turn the tide of battle in your favor. Each battle provides a chance to strategize and customize your experience, determining how your enemies grow to match your strength.

Strategic choices come into play when deciding how your enemies evolve. Choose upgrades and powers for them carefully, as the Torn will adapt based on your decisions.
