3. PRO Plans

• PRO 1000: Includes 1,000 daily game points and access to PRO-only features.
• PRO 2500: Includes 2,500 daily game points and enhanced access to PRO features.
• Plans are personal and non-transferable.
• Game points are credited daily and cannot be carried over, exchanged, or converted into money.

4. Payments

• All fees are payable in advance at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed through authorized third-party providers.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only under limited conditions, such as technical issues preventing access to PRO features or duplicate transactions. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Use of Services

• You may not misuse the services, including attempting to cheat, hack, or exploit the system.
• You agree not to use the services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent ban.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your active PRO plan.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kyiv.
