Pre-ordering Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II grants players early access to the Open Beta, starting on September 22nd*. The early access period on Steam is scheduled from September 22nd to 23rd*, while the Open Beta will be open to all Steam users from September 24th to 26th*.

Hands-On Multiplayer Experience

Players participating in the Modern Warfare® II Open Beta will experience the franchise’s signature Multiplayer combat firsthand. Infinity Ward has implemented cutting-edge gameplay mechanics, including completely redesigned gun handling and an advanced artificial intelligence system. Additionally, a new Gunsmith feature allows for extensive weapon customization, complemented by a variety of gameplay and graphical enhancements that push the series to a higher standard.

Exclusive Beta Content

During the Open Beta, owners of the Vault Edition will receive exclusive items, including the Red Team 141 Operator Bundle and the FJX Cinder Weapon Vault**. Game Launch and Features

Modern Warfare® II is set to release on October 28th and will feature a globe-spanning single-player campaign.
