Description
Set in 2013, global civil unrest has forced international authorities to merge police and military forces into a single organization known as the Department of Control. This newly formed entity operates with advanced technology obtained by the United Nations and kept hidden from the public for decades. One of the resistance fighters is Marco, whose mission-driven journey forms the core storyline of WarMen (2009).

Our Verdict
WarMen (2009) delivers solid tactical shooter action right on your iPhone. The game keeps it simple: take cover, aim, and blast your enemies while moving through urban environments. Controls are easy to pick up, and the fast-paced missions keep you engaged without overcomplicating things.
The story of Marco and the resistance adds just enough context to make each mission feel meaningful, while the dynamic lighting and 3D environments show off what the engine can do. With only five levels, it’s short but intense, perfect for quick sessions of action-packed gameplay.
Overall, if you enjoy tactical shooters on mobile and want something that’s both accessible and exciting, we recommend WarMen. It’s not perfect, but it nails the core fun of a cover-based shooter with straightforward controls and satisfying combat.
