Description
Embark on an adventure alongside Trainers worldwide who are exploring their surroundings to find Pokémon. The latest update of Pokémon GO, the global phenomenon downloaded over 650 million times and awarded “Best Mobile Game” by The Game Developers Choice Awards as well as “Best App of the Year” by TechCrunch, brings more than 80 new Pokémon along with a variety of additional features.
New Pokémon to Find
Trainers can now encounter iconic Pokémon such as Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, and Pikachu, among many others. The game encourages players to step outside, explore their neighborhoods, and discover Pokémon in real-world locations. As you move, your smartphone will alert you when a Pokémon is nearby. You can then aim carefully and throw a Poké Ball to catch it, staying alert to avoid letting it escape.
Exploration and Item Collection
Pokémon appear in different environments according to their type. For instance, Water-type Pokémon can be found near lakes, rivers, and oceans. Players can also visit PokéStops, which are located at notable landmarks, museums, historical markers, and art installations. These PokéStops provide Poké Balls and other useful items to aid your journey.
Catch, Hatch, and Evolve Pokémon
As Trainers progress and level up, they gain the ability to catch stronger Pokémon to expand their Pokédex. Pokémon Eggs can be hatched based on the distance walked by the player, while capturing multiple Pokémon of the same kind allows them to evolve. Trainers can choose a Buddy Pokémon to walk with, earning Candy that strengthens their Pokémon.
Gym Battles and Team Play
Players join one of three teams and compete for control over Gyms. As Pokémon such as Charmander evolve into Charmeleon and then Charizard, they can be used to battle in Gyms. Victorious Pokémon can then be assigned to defend Gyms, protecting them from opposing teams and challenging other Trainers in strategic battles.
Real-Life Adventure
Pokémon GO motivates Trainers to stay active and explore their surroundings. Every journey contributes to discovering new Pokémon, collecting items, and strengthening your team. This interactive experience merges real-world exploration with game mechanics, turning daily walks into opportunities for adventure.

Our Verdict
Pokémon GO is a fun and exciting way to get outside and explore the world. The game brings your favorite Pokémon to life with clever use of GPS and augmented reality. Catching, evolving, and battling Pokémon makes it addictive and rewarding, while visiting real-world locations adds a unique twist you won’t find in most mobile games.
The game is easy to pick up, but offers plenty of challenges for dedicated players. Team battles and Gym control add depth, and walking to hatch eggs and find rare Pokémon keeps you moving. With over 80 new Pokémon added, there’s always something new to discover.
We strongly recommend Pokémon GO. It’s an engaging, active, and social experience that brings Pokémon fans together while encouraging real-world exploration. Grab your phone, step outside, and see what’s waiting around the corner.
