7.62 Hard Life is an extensive fan-made improvement of the original tactical simulation 7.62 High Calibre. Development for this enhanced version began shortly after the initial release of the original game in 2007, involving a dedicated team of over 50 contributors throughout the project’s lifespan. The developers designed this edition to offer significant new content and gameplay enhancements, and it is available at no additional cost for all owners of the original game on Steam.

New Locations and Environments

The Hard Life addon introduces 25 new locations, expanding on the original game world. Some of these locations are adapted from the previously released Russian-only addon 7.62 Reload, while others were newly created from scratch by the development team.
