Description
Trackday Manager is an immersive 3D multiplayer simulation and management game where players take on the role of a racing team manager rather than a driver. In this game, the player directs their driver during races through real-time commands while observing the race in detailed 3D environments. The ultimate objective is to guide both driver and team to victory by making strategic decisions throughout the racing season.
Core Gameplay
Before taking to the track, players must acquire vehicles, upgrade car components, and handle daily operations associated with managing a racing team. Success depends on issuing the correct commands at the right time. A poorly timed decision can result in lost positions, car failures, or accidents, while well-timed orders can lead to podium finishes. Key factors influencing success include pit stop strategy, car upgrades, team and driver skill development, and sponsorship agreements.
Sponsorship and Online Competition
The game integrates real-world sponsors whose satisfaction depends on race victories and meeting contractual objectives. Player performance is tracked on online leaderboards, both within the game and on the Trackday Manager website, allowing comparisons with friends and competitors worldwide.
