Shadow of Nebula is an immersive, futuristic adventure game set in the depths of space. It blends elements from both science fiction and cyberpunk genres to create a gripping narrative full of mystery and intrigue. The game takes place in the distant future, where the protagonist, a skilled Star Courier, faces unexpected challenges after an emergency landing on a desolate planet. Story

The year is 3102. After centuries of technological progress, humanity has expanded across the entire galaxy, establishing colonies and settlements far beyond Earth. However, the vast spread of humanity has made it increasingly difficult for the Galactic Government, the political body overseeing human affairs, to maintain control. Seeking to exert more direct influence over the population, they began looking for more effective ways to govern.

Meanwhile, a scientific expedition ventured into the farthest reaches of the Milky Way. While on their return journey, they encountered something extraordinary — an alien ship unlike anything humanity had ever seen. This massive, root-shaped, organic vessel had once been inhabited by an alien species, now long gone. The ship floated aimlessly in space, awaiting its moment in time, a moment that was quickly approaching.

Among the expedition’s crew was Alfred Nebula, a brilliant scientist who deciphered much of the alien technology. He used the knowledge he gained to create highly advanced nanobots, capable of healing the human body and altering emotions and thoughts. Recognizing the immense power and danger of his creations, Alfred decided to destroy all of his research and the nanobot prototypes. However, he failed to eradicate everything, and his inventions would soon resurface with devastating consequences.

Thirty years later, the stage is set for the ultimate crisis in human history. The story begins with the protagonist, a space courier, who narrowly escapes an attack by ruthless space pirates. Forced to make an emergency landing on the seemingly abandoned planet of Ventra Blue, the courier initially plans only to repair his ship and leave. But soon, he discovers that his arrival on Ventra Blue was no accident, and that the planet holds the key to a much larger and more dangerous plot.

As the protagonist delves deeper into the secrets of Ventra Blue, he realizes that he is an essential piece of a complex and deadly puzzle that could alter the course of the entire galaxy. Along the way, he will face a multitude of challenges, encounter mysterious and unique characters, and uncover hidden truths about the galaxy's past and the true nature of the technology he has stumbled upon.
